How do I schedule a QME?
You can submit your request electronically through our QME Request page, or contact us directly through our Contact Us page. Our team will coordinate scheduling promptly.
Do you offer online/virtual QMEs?
In some circumstances. Remote evaluations may be available where appropriate for the case and permitted under current California DWC rules. Suitability depends on the specialty, the issues in dispute, and the examination required, and is confirmed during scheduling.
What type of clients do you support?
Our services are provided to law firms, third-party administrators, employers, and corporate clients. Please respectfully note that we do not work directly with claimants.
Can your doctors travel for QMEs, across California?
Yes, our doctors can travel locally and across California to conduct examinations, from major metropolitan areas to rural and underserved communities.
What is your average turnaround time (TAT) for reports?
On average, reports are completed within two weeks. We can also accommodate faster turnaround times upon request.
Can you provide expedited reports?
While our average turnaround time is two weeks, we can certainly accommodate specific timelines. Our physicians can coordinate their report timelines to meet your needs.
